Cancellation Policy
At DCA Aesthetic, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to all of our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Requirement
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This enables us to offer your scheduled time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the appointment from any prepaid treatment package or course of services. This applies to both cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments without prior communication.
Treatment Results Disclaimer
At DCA Aesthetic, we strive to provide the highest quality of care and service, tailored to each client’s needs. While we use advanced techniques and products to achieve optimal outcomes, it is important to understand that treatment results may vary from person to person.
While we use the most effective methods and technologies available, we cannot guarantee specific results. The effects of aesthetic treatments, such as improvements in skin appearance, reduction of wrinkles, or enhancement of facial contours, can vary based on individual response. We will provide you with realistic expectations during your consultation.
Some treatments may require maintenance sessions to achieve or maintain optimal results. Follow-up appointments or additional treatments may be necessary, depending on your treatment plan and the longevity of the results.
To maximize the effectiveness of your treatment, following the post-treatment care instructions provided by our medical professionals is essential. Failure to do so may negatively affect the final results.
Certain treatments may take time to show their full effects. For example, injectable treatments may take several weeks to settle, and laser treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
Validity and Expiry
Treatment packages have a validity period of 18 months. Any unused treatments after the package expiration date will be forfeited, with no refund or credit given.
Medical History Disclosure
Clients must disclose their full medical history during the consultation, including any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or previous treatments. Failure to do so may result in a treatment being deemed unsuitable, and DCA Aesthetic will not be liable for any complications arising from undisclosed medical information.
Submitting a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to let us know. You may submit a formal complaint via email at: elsamarra@dca.al as soon as possible. Please provide a detailed description of your complaint, including relevant dates, treatment details, and any supporting information.
Investigation and Resolution
Upon receiving your complaint, we will review the issue in a fair and impartial manner. Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly to understand the full context of your concern.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Depending on the nature of the complaint, this process may take longer, but we will keep you updated on the progress.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Completed Treatments
Once a treatment or service has been completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or discontinue a prepaid course of treatments, you will be credited for any unused sessions, which can be applied toward other services at the clinic.
In the case of prepaid services that have not been utilized, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. However, if the service was purchased at a discounted or special promotional price, it is not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for a credit to be used toward future services.
